Job Title: Innovation Catalyst for Breakfast and New Categories

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Innovation Catalyst to lead our Breakfast and New Categories team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy for Breakfast and New Categories, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams, to ensure seamless execution of innovation projects.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and consumer insights to inform innovation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure access to innovative ingredients, technologies, and expertise.
  • Manage and prioritize innovation projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance of new products and solutions, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in innovation leadership roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
