Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care, promoting dignity and independence for all residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Helping residents with limited mobility to maintain their independence
- Participating in general activities within the care home, promoting social interaction and engagement
You will also be responsible for safeguarding residents and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities.
