We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication, and household chores.
- Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Previous experience working with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health is essential.
- Current membership of the PVG scheme and registration with SSSC is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
