You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our prison healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical pharmacy services to prisoners, including medication management and patient education.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development of our prison healthcare services, including the development of new services and the improvement of existing ones.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for prisoners.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council of GB (GPhC).
- Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy/Mental Health or equivalent.
- Registered Independent Pharmacist Prescriber.
- At least 4 years of experience in providing clinical pharmacy services, preferably in a prison or hospital setting.
