What We Look for in a Sous Chef:

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next challenge. As a natural leader with a passion for producing high-quality food, you will be responsible for championing excellent service, leading and developing a team, and managing the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety. You will work closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, and demonstrate great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.
