We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our busy and friendly office team of 10 at TMR Group Ltd, a leading family run British Manufacturing Company located in the heart of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all incoming customer and sales enquiries
- Process sales orders and chase suppliers for back orders and outstanding stock
- Upload new pricing and pricing lists
- Raise customer invoices and credits
- Organise international shipping of export orders
- Happy to be onsite 5 days a week
- Past experience of working for an SME or family run business
- Be adaptable, hands on and have a can do attitude
- Worked within sales administration within manufacturing
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Secure onsite parking
- Monday to Friday, 8am until 4.30pm, outside of the congestion zone
- Open plan office, working for an SME
