Role Summary:

As a Quality Engineer for Supplier Partnerships at Raytheon Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our supply chain. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, supplier partnerships, and process improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Partner with suppliers to identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure suppliers meet quality standards, and provide training and support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, and drive continuous learning and development.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to suppliers on quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, supplier partnerships, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, supplier partnerships, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
