Job Description
  • We are looking for a results-driven Retail Operations Manager to lead our junior team and drive sales growth in our London White City store.
  • You will be responsible for maximising turnover, managing the performance of your team, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in retail, preferably within the premium sector.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
  • High brand awareness and product knowledge, with a passion for fashion retail.
