Job Title: Operating Department Manager

**Job Summary:** Frontline Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operating Department Manager to lead our perioperative care team in the Operating Department. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing theatre staff, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and improving operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Operating Department, ensuring smooth coordination of care provision and efficient use of resources.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
  • To coordinate training and development opportunities for theatre staff, promoting continuous professional development and excellence in practice.

**Salary & Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, private pension scheme, and access to discounts and rewards. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with occasional overtime as required.
