Senior Business Development Executive

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive top-line growth, shape the go-to-market strategy, and establish long-term partnerships to fuel company growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute high-level business strategies while leading teams both directly and indirectly.
  • Identify new market opportunities, nurture client relationships, and influence industry direction.
  • Develop business strategies that enhance market positioning, strengthen brand equity, and achieve financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive business development experience selling services directly to the pharmaceutical and biotech sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.
  • Strong leadership experience in leading and presenting to executives and senior levels of the client organization.
