About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join The Raleigh School as a highly skilled teacher with a passion for special education needs (SEN) coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching children in EYFS/ Key Stage 1 or 2, as determined annually by the Headteacher. As the SENCO and Inclusion Leader, they will also oversee the implementation of tailored support plans for students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching that caters to the varied needs of students.
  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Develop and lead initiatives promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality within the school community.
