Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £120,000 to £180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including access to DAZN, 25 days annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family-friendly community, enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, and more.

Job Description
  • Create and execute a comprehensive plan for DAZN's global basketball D2C product, with full ownership of the profit and loss performance.
  • Design a compelling basketball product proposition, including subscription packages.
  • Collaborate with the rights team to identify and acquire optimal basketball properties.
  • Work closely with product teams to develop a best-in-class user experience for basketball fans.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create acquisition, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local DAZN markets to integrate the global basketball proposition.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for basketball initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in leading direct-to-consumer digital platforms.
  • Strong practical commercial experience with P&L ownership.
  • Passion and understanding of global basketball leagues, teams, and culture.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level leadership role within sports streaming, digital media, or technology sectors.
