As a key player in our East Midlands region, you will inherit a robust client portfolio from a promoted colleague and be responsible for building lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Role Essentials:

  • Strategically expand the client portfolio, converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Engage in proactive networking and prospecting activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with dedicated account handling, broking and claims colleagues to deliver strong service and solutions to clients.

You:

  • Proven track record in insurance broking or a similar client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Adept at managing and growing a client book, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing business development chances.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the firm's success.
