We are a family-run, independent insurance brokerage with a strong reputation for delivering quality service to our clients. As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Handler to join our Nottingham branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
