Operatives (Falkirk) - Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our grounds maintenance team in Falkirk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete assigned works within agreed timescales, to an agreed specification, and to idverde's high standards.
- Work as part of our reinstatement team and have knowledge and experience of Reinstatement for Utilities on Highways and Private sites.
- Backfillers/Reinstatement Teams - To have skills and knowledge of all aspects of backfilling excavations around live services and reinstatement techniques including Tarmac, modular services, slabs, kerbs, setting ironworks and concrete.
- HGV Drivers – HGV Licence and experience of driving a Hotbox or Grab/HIAB lorry working alongside teams.
- Communicate clearly and positively with the Manager.
- Ensure you always wear the correct uniform & PPE.
- Ensure vehicles and machinery are in good working order, properly used and maintained.
- Full driving licence preferred.
- Valid NRSWA Streetworks card preferred.
- Be able to demonstrate and implement daily health & safety in the workplace.
- The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
- Physically demanding role and will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is updated using a tablet/phone.
- Competitive rate of pay per hour (dependant on experience)
