Falkirk Education Specialist

As a class teacher, you will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to meeting the needs of all learners by:

- Adopting flexible and creative approaches to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Integrating current educational theories into your practice to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Utilizing effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a relevant secondary qualification, be fully registered with the General Teaching Council, Scotland (GTCS), and possess the necessary commitment, knowledge, and skills outlined in the Standard for Full Registration.
The recruitment process will involve:
- Classroom observation to assess your teaching methods.
- A short interview to evaluate your suitability for the role.
If selected, you will be required to maintain a valid PVG scheme membership.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
