Exciting Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor

Absolutely Executive Search is delighted to be partnered with a well-established and growing legal firm who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who wants to progress their career in a legal firm that prioritizes its people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including the negotiation and drafting of documentation.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the various stages of legal proceedings to protect the interests of clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Have a good understanding of Contentious Private Client work, Court of Protection, Tax, Wills, and Estate Planning.
  • Assume responsibility for important elements of the work handled by a designated Partner.
  • Act independently to a high level, but also work with more experienced Partners and Fee Earners on complex and specialized matters as required.
  • Manage fee income and collect bills.

Key Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Private Client Law, with at least 2 years of PQE.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and drafting skills.
