About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at a well-established law firm in South London. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients in the areas of probate and trust administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview clients to obtain instructions and provide advice on a range of estate administration matters, including wills, probate, deputyships, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Advise clients on plans and progress, keeping them fully informed about their matter.
  • Provide relevant documents and ensure that client and matter files are kept in good order.
  • Deal with clients' queries and problems promptly and efficiently, either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Comply with quality standards and departmental procedures when handling all matters.
  • Support the growth of the department by being actively involved in business development.
