About the Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and assistance to clients in the areas of probate and trust administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview clients to gather instructions and provide expert advice on a range of estate administration matters, including wills, probate, deputyships, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Advise clients on plans and progress, ensuring they are fully informed about their matter.
  • Prepare and provide relevant documents, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
  • Deal with clients' queries and problems promptly and efficiently, either face-to-face or via telephone.
  • Comply with quality standards and departmental procedures when handling all matters.
  • Contribute to the growth of the department by actively participating in business development initiatives.
