About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BEMS Project Engineer to join our team in London. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing existing building energy management systems (BEMS) to ensure seamless operations and exceed client expectations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with at least 5 years of experience as a BEMS Service Engineer. You will possess solid knowledge of TREND hardware, networks, and Tridium control platforms, as well as C&G level 2 upwards or equivalent electrical qualifications.

  • Maintain and service existing BEMS systems to identify and rectify faults or irregularities.
  • Proactively engage in field-based customer-facing activities to focus on quality, customer relationships, and service delivery.
  • Investigate and rectify faulty control systems, including field wiring, electrical control panels, GUIs, and BMS controllers.
  • Perform control panel modifications and installations as required.
  • Ensure that the company's Quality standard and other compliance standards are continually maintained and adhered to.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong engineering background with a minimum of 5 years as a BEMS Service Engineer.
  • Solid experience of TREND hardware, networks, and Tridium control platforms.
  • C & G level 2 upwards or equivalent Electrical qualifications.
  • An excellent mechanical plant knowledge.
  • The ability to work within a team but also have a proactive approach working alone and managing your own time.
  • A full driving license.
