**Clinical Leadership Opportunity**

About the Role

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional Senior Clinical Lead to join our team, providing expert clinical supervision and service development guidance. The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading and managing psychology services, with expertise in clinical supervision and service development.

The role involves providing strategic clinical leadership across our six Talking Therapies services, enabling the transition to a new national model while supporting service Clinical and Operational Leads and teams. You will also be responsible for tackling inequalities and discrimination, reducing health inequalities in completed treatment and recovery outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • To provide strategic clinical leadership across the Trust's 6 Talking Therapies services.
  • To tackle inequalities and discrimination, reducing health inequalities in completed treatment and recovery outcomes.
  • To enable transition of service models to engage more people in treatment and more people reaching recovery when completing treatment.
  • To ensure enhanced community and service user co-production of service design.
  • To improve whole system pathways with primary care, secondary mental health care, acute physical health care, and voluntary and community groups.

**Salary:** £100,000 - £130,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
