Financial Management and Leadership Opportunity
**About the Role**
Panoramic Associates Limited is working with a leading education provider in Staffordshire to find a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for the management of a team of 5 members.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Financial Management: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth.
* Financial Accounting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, including monthly reconciliations and analysis of financial data.
* Administration of the Finance System: Ensure the efficient operation of the finance system, including the management of financial transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
* Collaboration with External Agencies: Work closely with external agencies, such as auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Support to Senior Leaders: Provide financial guidance and support to senior leaders, enabling them to make informed decisions about the organization's financial strategy.
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
* Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the education sector, charities, or NHS.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent financial management and accounting skills, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
* Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
