We are seeking a compassionate and caring Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Thera South West. As a valued member of our inclusive team, you will support adults with learning disabilities in achieving their personal goals, aims, and ambitions.

The role involves providing personalized support in various settings, including homes and communities. You will empower individuals to live the lives they choose by using a person-centred approach.

No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we provide free, Skills for Care endorsed full training. We value self-starters who are motivated, confident, and resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role
  • Annualised Hours with a guaranteed monthly salary for full and part-time roles, plus overtime opportunities.
