About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Havant and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and provide general health advice
  • Cook or prepare hot meals for clients
  • Support with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
