Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Development Professional to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Complex Support Assistant, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering person-centered care, supporting individuals with daily living activities, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

You will receive comprehensive training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop skills in complex care areas through full nurse-led training
  • Care for and support individuals with diverse needs in their homes
Benefits
  • Salary of £15 per hour
  • Bonus of £500 on completion of 100 hours
  • Saturday and Sunday shifts available from 9:30 am - 9 pm
