We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. About the Role

This role involves providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, such as spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other conditions. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work as part of a close-knit team to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
- Develop and maintain skills in various areas of care
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise
