Customer Service Delivery Associate

This is a key front-line role where you will represent the John Lewis Partnership with every customer interaction. Your impression of the company is crucial, and you should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Description:
Due to the delivery/handling/selling of age-restricted items, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the Partnership. You will proactively seek opportunities to improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and productive.
You will be the friendly face of our business, delivering the unique blend of Waitrose quality and outstanding service to our customers' doors. When not out and about, you will be at the store, assisting with tasks such as stock control and cashiering, which may involve lifting heavy products.
A good appreciation of health and safety is essential, along with excellent driving skills. You will be required to take a driving assessment as part of your application.
Required Essential Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
You will need a full valid UK manual driving license with no more than six points, and you should be 18 years old or over. Part of the application process will include a license check and a security check to confirm your suitability for the role.
Required Desirable Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a driving role and knowledge of chilled vehicles would be welcomed.
