Customer Service Representative

This is a key front-line role where you will represent the company with every customer interaction. Your impression of the company is crucial, and you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service. You should be flexible, able to use your initiative, and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
Job Description:
Due to the delivery/handling/selling of age-restricted items, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's success. You will proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, take action to ensure efficiency, and be productive. This ethos is essential for every Partner, and you will carry it into your role.
You will be the friendly face of the company, delivering the unique blend of Waitrose quality and outstanding service to customers' doors. When not out and about, you will assist with tasks like stock control and cashiering, which may involve lifting heavy products.
A good understanding of health and safety is essential, along with excellent driving skills. You will be required to take a driving assessment as part of the application process.
Required Essential Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
You will need a full valid UK manual driving license with no more than six points, and you should be 18 years old or over. Part of the application process will include a license check and a security check to confirm your suitability for the role.
Required Desirable Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a driving role and knowledge of chilled vehicles would be welcomed.
