As a Senior Workplace Health Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health services to employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a culture of health and safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective health programs to prevent workplace-related illnesses and injuries.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and fitness-to-work evaluations to identify potential health risks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of health services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Health or related field.
  • Extensive experience in occupational health, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
