Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our team at Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital. As a key member of our operating department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery.

Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include working on an ad-hoc basis, using your skills and experience to support the needs of the business and patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, adhering to strict infection control protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development, a competitive bonus scheme, and access to cutting-edge training.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience and qualifications as a Theatre Practitioner (ODP). You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong focus on teamwork and flexibility.
