Theatre Practitioner for Minor Operations

As a Theatre Practitioner - Scrub / ODP Minor Operations, you will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities. This role requires high levels of focus and engagement, as well as a passion for high standards and meticulous attention to detail.
In this position, you will scrub for minor LA procedures over several specialties, assisting with the admitting and discharging of local anaesthetic minor procedure patients. You will also supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff, delivering high-quality care and experiences for patients that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. Post-registration experience is also essential, along with excellent communication skills and a great team spirit. The estimated salary for this role is around £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
