Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Develop innovative menus that meet the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently, ensuring presentation and taste meet the restaurant's standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef in a high-volume, fresh food environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to high standards of food quality and presentation.
