As a member of our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and developing business with customers in the Midlands region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional training, education, and technical support to customers, ensuring we meet or exceed targets while enhancing Medtronic's reputation in the market. Our goal is to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
A Day in the Life
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
- Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical, and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups.
- Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory/operating theatre and offering technical support to customers before and after the implant of the device.
- Offering troubleshooting support to the field sales force and customers on request.
- Organizing and conducting training for customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team, along with preparing study materials and plans.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
- Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.
Must Haves
We're looking for individuals with:
- Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience.
- The ability to work in an operating room environment.
- Commute to the Midlands region.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- A driving license.
Nice to Haves
We're also interested in candidates with:
- Cardiac medical device experience.
- Knowledge of the competitive marketplace.
- Previous training/education experience.
- IBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation.
