As a member of our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional training, education, and technical support to customers in the Midlands region, driving business growth and enhancing our reputation in the market.
A Day in the Life
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
- Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical, and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups.
- Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory/operating theatre and technical support to customers before and after the implant of the device.
- Providing troubleshooting support to the field sales force and customers on request.
- Organizing and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team, preparing study materials and plans.
- Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
- Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.
Must Haves
You'll need:
- Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience.
- Able to work in an operating room environment.
- Need to be commutable to the Midlands region.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Driving license.
Nice to Haves
It's a plus if you have:
- Cardiac medical device experience.
- Knowledge of the competitive marketplace.
- Previous training/education experience.
- IBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation.
