A Day in the Life

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
  • Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical, and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups.
  • Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterization laboratory/operating theatre and technical support to customers before and after the implant of the device.
  • Providing troubleshooting support to the field sales force and customers on request.
  • Organizing and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team, preparing study materials and plans.
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and those influential in the purchasing process.
  • Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.

Must Haves

You'll need:

  • Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience.
  • Able to work in an operating room environment.
  • Need to be commutable to the Midlands region.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Driving license.

Nice to Haves

It's a plus if you have:

  • Cardiac medical device experience.
  • Knowledge of the competitive marketplace.
  • Previous training/education experience.
  • IBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation.
