Residential Support Worker

We are looking for a skilled Residential Support Worker to join our team at Olive Recruitment. This role offers a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, with working days only featuring shifts from 7am to 3pm and 10am to 6pm.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their residential care homes. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring laundry is provided, and working collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
Requirements:- COSHH training and Current Accredited Infection Control Certificate or willingness to be trained.
- Additional infection control experience post Covid-19.
- Understanding of COSHH and Health & Safety in the workplace, or a willingness to be trained.
- GCSE qualifications or NVQ Level 1.
- Cleaning experience in a similar environment with a commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Understanding of the challenges and sensitivity required to support vulnerable people.
