Water Sector Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Delivery Specialist to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our delivery team, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and quality standards are always met.
- Organise and oversee construction activities to keep the project on track and within budget.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise staff, conduct briefings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Order and supply necessary materials and equipment for the project.
- Check accuracy of drawings and quantities needed for the work.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Follow the Customer Impact Plan and uphold the company's reputation.
- Plan, organise, and monitor activities to meet safety, time, and quality requirements.
- Report and resolve any site non-conformities.
- Manage costs effectively and maintain controls.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
