Job Title: Reception Support Coordinator
">Location: Over Wyre Medical Centre
Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, requiring an experienced and caring receptionist to support the Practice team in the smooth running of the centre.
The ideal candidate will undertake administrative duties to provide secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the Practice team.
- Processing personal and telephone requests for appointments, visits, and consultations ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Data entry/data allocation and collation, clearing and restocking consulting rooms, reception, and waiting area as required.
- Providing assistance to Practice staff as needed including word processing, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintaining stationery supplies and keeping the reception area tidy and free from clutter.
- GCSE English C or above.
- Experience in reception work.
- A clear and polite telephone manner.
