We are seeking a highly skilled Standards Manager to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of membership and overseeing our accreditation and professional practice standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote membership benefits and increase engagement
- Manage and maintain our accreditation and professional practice standards and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of standards
- Provide expert guidance and support to members and stakeholders on standards-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our standards remain relevant and effective
Requirements:
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Experience with professional accreditation and standards development
- Proven ability to establish and drive team discussions, learn from experience, and improve organizational processes and plans
- Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven ability to lead, balance a busy workload, and drive several projects at once
Desirable:
- Previous experience working for a Chartered body
- Experience managing complaints hearings in a professional body or similar organization
- Experience working with committees and volunteers
What We Offer:
- Basic salary £36,000-£38,000 plus benefits: contributory pension scheme and 25 days annual leave plus 10 public holidays
- Permanent, full-time position
