Job Summary:
Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Care Specialist to join their team in Chippenham. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to provide expert advice and support to a manufacturing company with sites nationwide.

In this role, you will work closely with the HS&E team, line managers, and the People Team to deliver a proactive and effective occupational health service. You will conduct health assessments, provide specialist advice, and support the business to grow by developing a quality professional portfolio of services that meets their needs.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, with flexibility to change shift patterns to cover the 24/7 workforce. Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work as an independent practitioner and provide professional specialist advice and support to the Business.
  • To conduct health assessments with the assistance of the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager and Physician.
  • To develop and implement a comprehensive occupational health strategy that supports the growth of the business.

Requirements:
* Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., RGN or RMN) and experience in occupational health.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
