We are a unique and inclusive team that values innovation and collaboration. As a Desktop Engineer, you will be a vital part of our 2nd Level Onsite IT Support team in Galway, focusing on operational support, infrastructure planning, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide AV and event support, including planning and implementation.
  • Maintain and manage meeting room technologies.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
  • Collaborate with 3rd level technical teams for robust solutions.
  • Drive process improvements using new technologies and automation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in 2nd level IT support.
