Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team, responsible for assisting with inventory, audits, and banking, inspiring and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service, creating an inclusive shopping experience, and maintaining high store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock takes, ordering, and receiving stock.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising and store displays.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

  • Proven experience in managing and coaching teams in a retail environment.
  • A customer-first approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • A team player mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
