About the Role

The University of Manchester is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our International Office as a Student Marketing and Recruitment Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our international recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the International Recruitment team, including booking and payment of overseas events.
  • Liaise closely with overseas recruitment agents, supporting them to complete application and registration processes accurately.
  • Deal with a wide range of enquiries from key stakeholders, including prospective students and their influencers, and provide high levels of customer focus.
  • Support the team in achieving their goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects.
Requirements
  • Experience of dealing with a high volume of enquiries on diverse topics, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience of working in a process driven, team environment, with a proven ability to effectively support colleagues.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to deal with a wide range of people with cross-cultural awareness.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a busy work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, including numeracy and IT skills.
