In this challenging yet rewarding role as Office Support Specialist, you will form an integral part of the Health Visiting Team in BCUHB North Wales. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and accurate administrative services to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.

Main Duties
  • Undertake various clerical and word processing tasks as directed by the team.
  • Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from health professionals, colleagues, and the public, under the guidance of the Health Visiting Team.
About Us

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales offers an exciting opportunity for an Office Support Specialist to join their multidisciplinary Health Visiting Team. The successful candidate will contribute to the promotion of the health and wellbeing of pre-school aged children in a designated caseload.

Job Responsibilities

As an Office Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include providing administrative support, responding to enquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will be working with a diverse group of people and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Welsh and English languages, and have knowledge of NHS processes. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits

We offer a salary range of £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including training opportunities and career progression.
