Customer Sales Support Executive

Are you a driven sales professional with a background in Electronics or related industries? Do you pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer support and enjoy working within a tight-knit team?

We are working with a well-established company specialising in providing personal, reliable customer sales support and supply of components and services. They are seeking a Sales & Customer Support Executive to join their dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to meet sales targets.
  2. Order Management: Manage sales orders from conception through to final shipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales and Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support to key customers, offering value-added solutions like cable assembly and special designs.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with sales colleagues and the Director to achieve sales targets.
