The Spa at Exclusive Hotels and Venues is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and growth, while providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Spa memberships, ensuring that all activities position The Spa as the number one Spa in the UK.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize membership sales and growth, working closely with the Spa Operations Manager and other departments as needed.
  • To provide regular sales reports and updates to the Spa Manager, Spa Reception, and the Marketing Team, ensuring that everyone is aware of your progress and any challenges you may be facing.
  • To attend Spa Operational Management meetings to discuss membership sales and growth, and to provide updates on your progress.
  • To work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Spa memberships and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and member satisfaction.
