We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Manager to join our team at Exclusive Hotels and Venues. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and growth for our Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Spa memberships, maximizing revenue growth and market share.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies, working closely with the Spa Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution.
  • To maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To provide regular sales reports and insights to the Spa Manager and Marketing Team, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • To attend key meetings and events, representing the Spa and promoting membership benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
