Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at ICCM Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in regular reviews and updates.
Requirements- No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits. You will receive full nurse-led training to develop your skills and knowledge, and you will have access to a range of resources and support to help you succeed in your role.
