Personal Support Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing. You will also be responsible for recognizing clinical risk areas and reporting any concerns to our senior staff.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 4 x 12 hour shifts per week, apprenticeships, leisure and retail discounts, and a DBS Disclosure check.
Salary Breakdown:
- Base salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Overtime and bonuses: additional earnings potential
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with a strong work ethic. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
No previous experience is required, as we provide a thorough induction and training programme. However, you must be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
