Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our busy and expanding Natural Resources & New Energies team, undertaking a range of Controls & Performance duties on high-profile Projects/Programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Cross-Discipline Teams: To deliver effective, consistent, assured and value adding project controls services to our clients across diverse and complex programmes.
  • Define and Implement Project Controls Approaches: Across the project, programme and portfolio levels allowing effective decision making at all levels.
  • Establish Performance Measurement Baseline: With the Integrated Project Team, to ensure a robust, accurate baseline and manage the change control process.
  • Ensure Scope, Cost, Risk and Schedule Integration: And analyse performance data to provide delivery insight and facilitate delivery decisions.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: In the application of several Project Controls disciplines (Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management or Reporting) in multiple projects.
  • Practical experience: Of integrating Project Controls disciplines and assessing the maturity of a team and ways of working.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with the client, contractors and designers.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is between £65,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
