We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Support Worker to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd.

About the Role:
  • To work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care and support to service users with complex clinical needs.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
  • To deliver person-centered care, respecting the individuality and dignity of each service user.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 months previous care experience.
  • Personal care skills, including moving and handling.
  • Medication administration knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid UK driving license (required for day shifts).
